Nicky and I went to Spanish Peak Creek today, in the Gallatin National Forest, just big and beautiful, typical Montana. Click HERE for the trailhead.
You can find this trailhead on your way through the Gallatin Gateway about 30 minutes past four corners. You will be on a dirt road until you come to the Flying D Ranch, just turn left and drive to the end of the road.
Here are some PICTURES to enjoy, the main gate is closed until May 1 so we had to park at the main gate and walk 4 miles down the road to the trailhead. It is a big open approach, so be ready for some wind on the days when the weather is changing.
